100% Viognier Blend of plots located in the center of the appellation on muscovite granites. 9 months of aging in barrels and tuns. The color is rich and bright. The nose is complex and intense, with aromas of fresh apricot and quince. Floral notes of violet complete the nose. The palate is delicious and fresh with a lot of richness. Beautiful bitters allow the wine to have a great length in the mouth. Wine to be enjoyed on the youth of the fruit. To be enjoyed as an aperitif with foie gras toast, salmon and raw ham. Alc. 13.5% vol.
