Description

The country of Cork is situated on the southern coast of Ireland. There is also the small village of Skibbereen with the river Ilen. In 2007 three good friends got together and built up the West Cork Distillery – a small independent whiskey distillery.

This blend of selected Grain and Malt Irish Whiskey matures in double charred first fill bourbon casks.
