Smoky and with clear hints of dried fruits, Torelló 225 Brut Nature is in top form. The base wine of Xarel·lo, the majority in the blend, was fermented in 225-liter barrels and, together with the rest of the wines (Macabeo and Parellada), aged for 3-4 months in 2900-liter foudres. Its passage through wood and its long aging in the bottle with the lees explain its complexity and its charming touch.
