With The Arran DUERO DISCOVERY, the distillery from Lochranza on the Isle of Arran presents the third edition of its exclusive Signature Series. This 12-year-old single malt Scotch whisky impresses with depth, individuality, and cask-influenced aromas. Bottled as Batch No. 18-RDD-01-48, it comes from Warehouse #4 directly in Lochranza, where it was able to mature under ideal conditions. Bottling took place in spring 2025 – naturally without chill filtration and without the addition of coloring to preserve the natural purity and structure of this whisky.

Maturation took place initially in bourbon barrels, followed by finishing in first-fill Spanish red wine casks, which gives the whisky its fruity depth and elegant spiciness. At 50% ABV, the DUERO DISCOVERY presents itself as powerful yet balanced. Limited to 15,049 bottles worldwide, this edition comes in a high-quality linen bag – a distinctive collector’s item for connoisseurs and lovers of cask-strength, authentic island whiskies.
