Flagship bottling from a family owned Puerto Rican Rum distillery that dates back to 1880. This is not a relocated Cuban distillery but rather a classic Puerto Rican product that is much loved by the locals.

Molasses based column distillates are tropically aged for 6-10 years in American white oak barrels that previously held Oloroso Sherry. There are no added sugars or colors but a small amount of distillate is mixed with locally sourced stone fruits and spices and blended into the finished product. It is rich with notes of caramel, toffee, citrus, and barrel char. It reminds us of Havana Club 7 year but perhaps with a bit more depth.
