Produced by finishing Bluecoat American Dry Gin in new American Oak for 3-8 months. This results in a well rounded, complex liquid with hints of caramel, vanilla and toffee without sacrificing the juniper or peppery notes. Perfect for a twist on any traditional whiskey cocktail.
