A rare drop from Speyside: This 8-year-old single malt Scotch whisky comes from the up-and-coming Dalmunach Distillery, which has combined modern technology with traditional craftsmanship since its founding. Distilled on October 11, 2016, the whisky was bottled precisely on March 5, 2025 – the result is a single cask bottling limited to only 143 bottles worldwide, with true collector value.

This unpeated single malt was matured in a 1st fill Pedro Ximenez Sherry Quarter Cask, which imparted intense aromatics and distinct cask maturity. Bottled at cask strength 56.2% ABV, this whisky presents itself in its natural state – without chill filtration and without coloring. The combination of small cask size and sweet PX sherry influence creates a full-bodied, deeply structured Speyside whisky with character.
