This whisky is crafted from a unique mash bill consisting of 91% Texas-grown Elbon rye, complemented by specialty rye grains from Germany, including Cara Rye, Chocolate Rye, and Roasted Rye. Aged for a minimum of four years in a U.S. bonded warehouse, this rye whisky adheres to the stringent standards required for the Bottled in Bond designation.

• Appearance: The whisky has a dark brown caramel color, reflecting its rich and robust character.
• Palate: The palate opens with flavors of graham cracker crust, dark chocolate espresso bean, and cardamom, followed by well-articulated notes of carrot frond, cedar chest, and apricot preserves. Nutella and blackberry jam on rye toast add a delightful complexity.
