This single malt enjoys the official recognition of the Robert Burns World Federation, an organization to which the owners of the Arran distillery also belong. The maturation in ex-bourbon casks gives the whisky characteristic aromas of sweet vanilla, cedar wood and ripe pears.
Named after Robert Burns, the whisky’s label is adorned with a portrait of the poet, his biography, signature and a selected quote. True to Burns’ motto, “Here’s a bottle and an honest friend”, this whisky is recommended to be enjoyed in good company, making it an appreciated gift for guests.
