Description
The 2023 Riesling Dhroner Hofberg Grosses Gewächs comes from 65-year-old vines in a fully south-facing slate site. The nose offers a slight lift of crushed tansy aligned with tangerine peel. The slender palate almost crunches with tangerine fill. Fruit and aroma hit stone head-on, resulting in a wine with tension, verve and sharp stone. Svelte, almost naked, yet rich with tangerine aroma.
