Description
The casks in A.D. Rattray’s Scotland range are small batch single malt Scoth whiskies that capture the spirit of a whisky region.
From the citrus-fresh Speyside region, on to the smoky nutty Orkney or the rich and peaty Islay.
The Cask Islay is a classic peat single malt that contains the spirit of the Islay region.
It is matured in Bourbon barrels and bottled without colouring or cold filtration.
