Description
The country of Cork is situated on the southern coast of Ireland. There is also the small village of Skibbereen with the river Ilen.
In 2007 three good friends got together and built up the West Cork Distillery – a small independent whiskey distillery.
The West Cork Blended Irish Whiskey BOURBON CASK is an Irish blend, which consists of 75% Irish Grain Whiskey and 25% Irish Malt Whiskey.
The maturation takes place in First Fill Bourbon casks to achieve this unique softness.
