Aromas of ripe golden apples, acacia, and honeysuckle are exhibited on the nose. On the palate, the wine is dry, fresh, and fruit-driven with citrus and stone-fruit flavors.
The Moretti Polegato family has grown grapes since the s and has been the steward of the Villa Sandi estate since the late s, preserving an icon of Italian wine culture. Currently the largest owner of estate vineyards in Conegliano-Valdobbiadene, Villa Sandi is a leader in sustainable farming and winemaking practices.
