Description
The Macallan launches a new range. The Harmony Collection is opened with the Macallan Rich Cacao. A single malt with strong flavours of chocolate. Macallan consciously focuses on sustainability here.
The packaging is made from cocoa fruit shells, which are otherwise not used. It is 100% recyclable.
Macallan was inspired by Jordi Roca i Fontane, a patissier from Spain who became famous worldwide with his desserts. Together with his two brothers, he runs a restaurant in Girona, Spain. In 2014, Jordi Roca was named “World’s Best Pastry Chef”.
The single malt is stored in European and American sherry casks until bottling.
