Description
The J. Bally distillery was founded in Martinique by Frenchman Jacques Bally. Martinique, also called the Jewel of the Caribbean, is part of the Lesser Antilles. Golden sandy beaches, as well as lush green palm trees adorn the island metropolis.
J. Bally was one of the first distilleries in La Martinique to produce agricole rum from pure sugar cane. In 1917, company founder Jacques Bally had the idea of aging his rums in oak barrels. This slow aging gives the rums the fine flavors.
The J. Bally Rhum Vieux Agricole Martinique 7 Ans D’Age matures in small French oak barrels for at least 7 years.
