The Meilleurs Ouvriers de France Sommeliers, or MOF for short, is a group of French Sommeliers who partnered with the Carthusian monks of Chartreuse to make this special Cuvée. As with everything that they produce, it is an infusion of 130 different herbs and botanicals in a neutral sugar beet spirit base. A blend of Yellow Chartreuse meant to be more aromatically fresh and lively than the regular Yellow expression and bottled at a slightly higher proof. It is a rare and exquisite expression of Yellow Chartreuse that somehow improves upon the near perfection of the regular release.
