Description
Color : Pale gold with reflections of bright green. Nose : An open nose with characteristics of citrus – complimenting the essence of a great Puligny and of course the scents of fresh honey and vanilla. Palate : The woodiness is harmonised by hints of fruitiness. The aging is done in French oak barrels which aids to the touch of almonds and roasted hazelnuts giving a powerful and generous structure. The palate is very delicate and flexible thanks to its depth in minerality.
