Introducing the first release of Big Moustache, a bold Tennessee Whiskey crafted for the discerning palate. This limited edition run of just 580 cases is born from 14 hand-selected barrels, each chosen by our master distiller for its unique character.
Our process begins with a carefully balanced mash bill of 80% corn, 10% rye, and 10% malted barley. We employ a deliberate, three-day fermentation to develop a rich and complex flavor profile that sets our whiskey apart. Before aging, the freshly distilled spirit undergoes the time-honored Lincoln County Process, mellowing as it filters through sugar maple charcoal.
From there, it rests for a minimum of 48 months in new American oak barrels, absorbing deep, nuanced flavors. We bottle this exceptional whiskey at a robust 100 proof without chill-filtration to preserve its full body and natural color. The result is a genuinely handcrafted spirit that is as authentic as it is unforgettable.
