Description
The Distillery WhistlePig was created from a farm that was acquired in 2007. After a rebuild it could be opened in 2015. Master Distiller Dave Pickerell designed especially for the distillery Copper Stills, which are now in use 7 days a week.
The goal of the distillery is to produce the best and finest rye whiskey in the world.
The 15-year-old WhistlePig receives a finish in former Vermont wine barrels.
